CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You can cancel your booking 48hrs prior to arrival by clicking on the link at the end of your booking confirmation email and follow the instructions displayed on-screen. If your booking includes cancellation fees, please be advised that these cannot be reimbursed. As soon as you realise you need to cancel, we advise you to do so as quickly as possible. Cancellation fees will be charged to credit card given as guarantee.
Cancellation terms depend on the tariff you have booked. Please refer to your booking confirmation for details.
If your reservation is non refundable, non amendable and non cancellable payment for all nights will be taken when the reservation is made. The credit card used for payment must be presented upon arrival.
TAX
The rates shown include VAT. City tax of 3.75 CHF per person, per night will be charged at check in.

12 yrs and above: 35 CHF per night

Small Pets: Free of charge,<15 kg and only one per room
