How to Get to the Hôtel Suisse?

Coming by car

From Lyon with the motorway A40:

Take the motorway A40. Carry straight on "Tunnel de Chamoise (2669m) and "Tunnel de Saint Germain" (1217 m).
Pass near Bellegardse-sur-Valserine. Take A401, reach Switzerland.
Take A1 and take exit number 1.
Then take exit number 4.
Pass near Carouge (GE)
Enter Geneva. At the roundabout carry straight on "Route des Acacias" and carry on for 893 m.
Turn left Avenue Henri dunant and carry on for 1.3 km.
Turn right on rue des Terreaux du Temple and carry on for 360 m.
Turn left Place Cornavin and carry on for 99 m.
Arrival: 10, Place de Cornavin, 1201, Geneva, Switzerland.


Public car park "Cornavin" (level-2,-3). Preferred rate of 26 CHF for 24 hrs for hotel guests if you park on level -2 or below. Please check with the front desk for more information. Height restriction: 2m

Coming by train

Hotel Suisse is situated on Place Cornavin, directly opposite the Geneva Central Station.

Coming by plane

Geneva Airport 5 km. The taxi drive to reach the Hotel from the Aiport takes 25 minutes and cost approximately 40 CHF depending on traffic.

Coming by public transportation from the airport

If the hotel has your email address, you will receive a free transport card, valid in Geneva during your stay. With this you can take the bus or train from and to the airport).

All trains departing from Genève-Aéroport station stop in the City Center of Geneva, Geneva-Cornavin station (1 stop). Duration: 7 minutes.

Bus N°5 and 10 also stop at the train station. Stop name: Gare Cornavin. Duration: 20 minutes. 

Hotel Suisse is situated on Place Cornavin just across the railway station.
